Ross Headley is the founder of Headley Legal Support Services, coming from a family deeply rooted in the legal profession in South Florida, where his father and uncles are respected attorneys. Instead of following the traditional path, Ross decided to forge his own way.
Before entering legal support, Ross gained experience in Security Protection, where he became Operations Manager, developing a systematic approach. Over the past 15 years, he transitioned into the legal field, becoming a certified Process Server in Miami-Dade County. As leader of Headley Legal Support Services, Ross combines his legal expertise with his passion for precision to provide reliable, efficient services.

Jane Bandoja
Legal Support Assistant
Jane Bandoja is a skilled paralegal with extensive experience in the legal and aviation sectors. She worked at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines from 2018 to 2024, specializing in drafting legal documents, contracts, and developing compliance projects.
