Founder
Ross Headley is the owner of Headley Legal Support Services. He comes from a family that has a long tradition of practicing law in South Florida, as his father and uncles were all well-established attorneys. Instead of following the traditional path, Ross decided to forge his own way.
Before coming to legal support, Ross had a background in Security Protection, starting from the bottom and where he ended his careeer as an Operations Manager. Over the past 15 years, he transitioned to the legal field, becoming a certified Process Server in Miami-Dade County. As owner of Headley Legal Support Services, Ross combines his knowledge of the law with his attention to detail to provide reliable, streamlined service.

Christine Riola
Administrative Assistant
Christine is the driving force behind Headley Legal Support Services. She coordinates day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and keeps track of process servers for timely notifications. In addition, she manages affidavits, making sure they’re signed and ready when needed.
Her sharp sense of detail moves cases along seamlessly. She communicates with process servers, law firms, and clients regularly to update them and take questions. Dealing with documents or keeping employees on track, Christine leaves nothing dangling.

Samanta
Legal Services Administrator
Samanta serves as our Legal Services Administrator, where she manages the follow-up and verification of legal documents, oversees case closures, and prepares affidavits.
With a background as a practicing attorney and mediator in Ecuador, she brings a strong foundation in legal procedure and client advocacy. Samanta holds a master’s degree in Procedural Law and Oral Litigation and applies her expertise with precision and care to ensure every process is handled accurately and efficiently.
